Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from YukiPets.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yukipets.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Because many of our items are shipped directly from suppliers, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction once an item has been shipped and delivered, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
- a replacement item
- a partial refund
- a full refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
